NOW YOU CAN PAY YOUR BILL ONLINE.  IT'S SIMPLE, QUICK, AND PAINLESS!!!!​  You can make a payment or pay the whole balance.  You can use Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover.  In order to qualify to use this service, you have to pay a MINIMUM OF $25.00 towards your account.  This is necessary due to the per transaction fees charged to process the payment.  The only notable exception would be if your remaining balance is < $25.00. 


  1. Under "PATIENT ACCOUNT NUMBER" - Enter the account number from your statement and then click the "PAY NOW" button
  2. Under "THERAPY SERVICES" you will see a box that states 'price per item".  Type in the amount you intend to pay, whether it is the entire amount due, partial amount, or pre-arranged payment as arranged with the Accounts Manager.
  3. The Quantity would remain "1"
  4. Click on the "Continue" button.
  5. The site will take you to the next screen.  There it will ask you if you want to "Pay with Debit or Credit Card"  Depending on your choice, follow the directions until the purchase/payment is complete.  ​
  6. Please allow at least 48 hours for the payment to be posted to your Carolina Occupational Therapy account.
